The 10th Board Meeting of Shandong Shinva Saraya Biotech Co., Ltd. Held in Osaka, Japan

On June 6, 2025, the Shareholders' Meeting and the 10th Board Meeting of Shandong Shinva Saraya Biotech Co., Ltd. were successfully held at the headquarters of Saraya Co., Ltd. in Osaka, Japan.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Keisei Amano, General Manager of Shandong Shinva Saraya Biotech Co., Ltd. Attendees included Mr. Wang Yuquan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Shinva Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.; Mr. Zhu Xiaoming, Chairman of Shandong Shinva Saraya Biotech Co., Ltd.; the President of Saraya Co., Ltd.; and heads of relevant departments.

The Board reviewed reports on the achievement of key goals and annual forecasts for 2025, as well as progress in new product development.

The meeting also deliberated and approved proposals including the upgraded collaborative sales plan, and reached a significant consensus on the company's future strategic direction.
