SHINVA Medical Linear Accelerator in Thailand

On January 9th, SHINVA held a ceremony titled "Ceremony for 300 VMAT Cancer Treatment Cases" at the User Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

SHINVA Medical provides CBCT Image-guided VMAT Radiotherapy Integrated Solution, which includes a set of Digital Two-photon Medical Electron Linear Accelerator and a set of X-ray Equipment for Computed Tomography, which can realize an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic process from diagnosis to treatment, providing the hospital with an industry-advanced radiotherapy solutions.

Up to now, the hospital has completed the treatment of more than 400 cancer patients. Among them, more than 300 patients have been treated with VMAT radiotherapy, covering more than ten different sites and types of tumors, including brain tumors, head and neck tumors, lymphoma, breast cancer, pelvic cancer, etc., of which pelvic cancer (33%), head and neck tumors (17%), and thoracic tumors (16%) accounted for the top three. The PSQA clinical approval rate for all treatment plans exceeded 97%, ensuring the high accuracy and reliability of the treatment plans.

During the celebration ceremony, the hospital director expressed his sincere gratitude to the radiotherapy technology and service team of SHINVA Medical, and was willing to continue to deepen and strengthen the cooperation with SHINVA Medical in various departments of the hospital, such as the hospital's CSSDs, the dental department, the operating room, and the future expansion of the radiotherapy center.
